7Boost Terms of Service
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (Terms) govern access to and use of the 7Boost website, platform, software, applications, integrations, customer-facing pages, forms, QR code workflows, review tools, automation services and related services (Services).
7Boost is operated by 7Hours Technology (7Boost, we, us or our).
These Terms apply to agencies, businesses, authorised users, administrators and other persons who access or use the Services (Users or you). Certain customer-facing features may also be subject to additional business-specific terms, privacy notices, collection notices or campaign conditions.
By creating an account, accessing the Services, connecting an integration, configuring a workflow, using a customer-facing feature or otherwise using 7Boost, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility and Authority
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- you are legally capable of entering into these Terms;
- the information you provide is true, accurate and complete;
- you are authorised to act for each business, agency or organisation you connect to or manage through 7Boost;
- you have all permissions necessary to provide business, customer, review and integration data to 7Boost;
- you will use the Services only for lawful and genuine business purposes; and
- you will comply with all applicable laws, platform policies, industry requirements and contractual obligations.
We may refuse, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that these requirements have not been satisfied.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, login credentials, connected accounts and authorised devices.
You must not:
- share credentials with unauthorised persons;
- allow another person to impersonate you;
- attempt to access another business or tenant without authority;
- circumvent authentication, permissions or access controls; or
- use another person's credentials without permission.
You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access, compromised credentials or misuse of your account.
4. Business Workspaces and Authorised Use
A business workspace may be created, configured or managed by an authorised agency, business owner, employee, contractor or other authorised representative.
The relevant business remains responsible for:
- the accuracy of its business information;
- the lawfulness of its customer journeys and communications;
- the content it publishes or approves;
- its customer relationships;
- its marketing practices;
- its offers, rewards and promotions;
- its handling of complaints and disputes;
- its compliance with privacy and direct marketing laws; and
- the conduct of its authorised users.
7Boost provides software, infrastructure and related services. Unless expressly stated otherwise, 7Boost is not the operator of the underlying business and does not independently make business, marketing, customer-service or legal decisions for that business.
5. Customer Feedback, Reviews and Public Pages
The Services may allow a business to publish landing pages, QR code destinations, Google Review links, Private Feedback forms, VIP Club forms, legal links and other customer-facing content.
The business is responsible for ensuring that:
- its published content is accurate and not misleading;
- its review requests comply with applicable platform policies;
- its feedback workflows are not used to suppress lawful criticism;
- its collection notices and privacy links are appropriate for the information collected;
- its consent wording accurately describes the communications it intends to send; and
- its use of customer data complies with applicable privacy, spam, telecommunications and consumer laws.
Customer feedback may be private and may not be displayed publicly. Review links may redirect customers to a third-party review platform. 7Boost does not control whether a customer submits a public review or what content the customer publishes.
6. VIP Clubs, Loyalty Programs and Marketing Communications
The Services may allow a business to operate a VIP club, loyalty club, rewards club, promotions club, customer list or similar customer engagement program (VIP Club).
A business may use 7Boost to collect customer details, communication preferences and separate marketing consents for email, SMS or other approved channels.
The relevant business is responsible for:
- determining eligibility for its VIP Club;
- deciding which offers, rewards or benefits are available;
- honouring valid offers it publishes;
- maintaining accurate sender identification;
- providing lawful unsubscribe facilities;
- processing opt-out requests within legally required timeframes;
- sending messages only where permitted by law; and
- maintaining any additional campaign-specific terms.
Unless expressly stated by the relevant business:
- participation is voluntary;
- offers are subject to availability;
- offers may expire, change or be withdrawn;
- offers are not redeemable for cash;
- offers may be subject to additional conditions;
- benefits are not guaranteed; and
- message frequency may vary.
Standard message, call or data charges may apply depending on the customer's carrier or service provider.
7. Marketing Consent and Opt-Outs
Where required, email marketing consent and SMS marketing consent must be obtained separately and used only for the purposes described at the point of collection.
A person may opt out of marketing communications through any unsubscribe mechanism made available, including:
- replying STOP where supported;
- using an unsubscribe link in an email;
- contacting the relevant business; or
- using another opt-out method identified in the communication.
Opting out of marketing does not necessarily prevent the business from sending lawful non-marketing messages relating to bookings, transactions, support, legal obligations, security or account administration.
8. Google Account and Google Business Profile Connections
7Boost may allow an authorised user to connect a Google account or Google Business Profile using Google OAuth and authorised Google APIs.
By connecting a Google account or Business Profile, you confirm that:
- you are authorised to access and manage the connected account, business profile and locations;
- you authorise 7Boost to access the Google data and permissions presented during the OAuth consent process;
- you will use connected features in accordance with Google's terms, policies and guidelines;
- you will not use 7Boost to access or manage a profile without the business's authority; and
- you remain responsible for changes and replies published to the connected Google Business Profile.
Google may change, restrict, suspend or discontinue APIs, permissions, quotas, accounts, locations or features at any time. 7Boost does not control Google's independent decisions or systems.
9. Google Business Profile Management
Where enabled and permitted by Google, the Services may allow an authorised user to view, synchronise or update selected Google Business Profile information, including business descriptions, contact details, websites, categories, hours, special hours, services, attributes, locations, media and related profile data.
You are responsible for reviewing all proposed changes before they are published and for ensuring that information submitted to Google is accurate, complete, current and compliant with Google's policies.
Google may review, reject, delay, modify, remove or require reverification of submitted changes. 7Boost does not guarantee that a requested change will be accepted, displayed or retained by Google.
10. Google Reviews and Review Replies
The Services may allow an authorised user to view Google reviews, identify unanswered reviews, prepare responses and publish replies to a connected Google Business Profile.
You must not use the Services to:
- publish unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or abusive content;
- threaten, intimidate or harass a reviewer;
- publish confidential or sensitive personal information;
- impersonate another person;
- make false claims about a reviewer or transaction;
- manipulate ratings or reviews;
- offer prohibited incentives for reviews; or
- otherwise breach Google's review or content policies.
Review replies are public communications. The relevant business is responsible for every reply published to its profile, whether written manually, edited from an AI draft or published through an authorised automation.
11. AI-Assisted Review Responses
7Boost may use artificial intelligence to generate suggested responses to customer reviews using review content, review rating, business information and user-configured instructions.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, inappropriate or unsuitable for a particular customer or situation. AI output does not constitute legal, professional or customer-service advice.
Depending on the configuration selected by an authorised user, a response may be:
- generated as a draft;
- edited before publication;
- approved and published manually;
- scheduled for later publication; or
- automatically published under a user-configured automation rule.
By enabling automatic publishing, you expressly authorise 7Boost to publish qualifying review replies according to your selected rules, including rating-based instructions, timing, daily limits and other configured conditions.
You remain responsible for monitoring the automation, reviewing its configuration and promptly pausing or disabling it where necessary.
12. Historical Review Reply Agent
The Services may allow an authorised user to configure an agent to identify and respond to previously unanswered reviews.
Historical review automation may be subject to:
- daily reply limits;
- rating-based instructions;
- oldest-first or other queue ordering;
- business-configured working hours;
- Google API quotas and platform restrictions;
- pause, resume and stop controls;
- duplicate-prevention rules; and
- technical retry and failure handling.
7Boost does not guarantee that all historical reviews will be processed, that replies will be published in a particular order or timeframe, or that Google will accept every reply.
13. New Review Automation and Timing
The Services may allow an authorised user to configure replies to new reviews for immediate publication or publication after a selected delay, such as 15 minutes, 30 minutes or another available interval.
Timing is approximate and may be affected by:
- Google API availability and quotas;
- token expiry or account disconnection;
- queue load;
- rate limits;
- provider outages;
- review synchronisation delays;
- scheduled maintenance; and
- other technical or platform limitations.
A configured delay is not a guarantee that a reply will be published at an exact time.
14. Automation Controls and Responsibilities
Users are responsible for selecting and maintaining appropriate:
- rating rules;
- response instructions;
- tones and word limits;
- approval settings;
- publishing delays;
- daily reply limits;
- operating hours;
- pause and resume settings;
- excluded review categories; and
- other automation conditions.
You must regularly review your automation settings. 7Boost may pause, limit or disable an automation where reasonably necessary to protect security, platform integrity, users, reviewers, Google accounts, third-party services or legal compliance.
15. Third-Party Platforms and Providers
The Services may depend on third-party providers, including Google, cloud hosting providers, database providers, authentication services, artificial intelligence providers, email providers, SMS providers, payment processors, analytics providers and other integration services.
7Boost does not control the independent operation, decisions, outages, restrictions, moderation, quotas, policy changes, suspensions, verification requirements or technical limitations of third-party providers.
Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms, policies and requirements.
16. Fees, Subscriptions and Payment
Certain Services may require a paid subscription, setup fee, usage fee or other charge.
Where applicable:
- fees will be communicated before purchase or activation;
- fees may be charged in advance;
- usage limits may apply;
- subscriptions may renew automatically where disclosed;
- you are responsible for applicable taxes and charges;
- failure to pay may result in suspension or restriction of Services; and
- refunds are subject to applicable law and any specific written agreement.
Third-party usage charges, telecommunications charges and platform fees may apply separately.
17. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to:
- break any law or regulation;
- send spam or unlawful marketing;
- mislead, deceive or defraud another person;
- collect information without a lawful basis;
- upload malicious code or interfere with the Services;
- probe or exploit security vulnerabilities;
- reverse engineer the Services except where permitted by law;
- resell or sublicense the Services without authorisation;
- infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
- publish harmful, threatening or discriminatory content;
- circumvent limits or access controls;
- create false accounts or business profiles;
- manipulate reviews or customer consent; or
- use the Services in a way that creates unreasonable risk.
18. Customer Content and Licence
You retain ownership of content and information you lawfully provide to 7Boost (Customer Content).
You grant 7Boost a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, adapt and otherwise use Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Services;
- operate authorised integrations;
- publish content you authorise;
- support and secure the platform;
- comply with legal obligations; and
- exercise our rights under these Terms.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to provide Customer Content and authorise its use in accordance with these Terms.
19. Intellectual Property
7Boost, the Services, software, designs, workflows, interfaces, documentation, branding, source code, systems and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to 7Hours Technology.
Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
20. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal information is handled in accordance with the applicable 7Boost Privacy Policy, business-specific privacy policies, collection notices and any relevant data-processing arrangements.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have a lawful basis for collecting, using and disclosing personal information through the Services.
You must not use the Services to collect unnecessary, excessive, unlawful or highly sensitive information unless expressly supported, lawfully authorised and appropriately protected.
21. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, improve, replace, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services from time to time.
We do not guarantee:
- continuous or uninterrupted availability;
- that every feature will always remain available;
- that integrations will remain compatible;
- that third-party platforms will accept every request;
- that messages or replies will always be delivered;
- that data synchronisation will always be immediate; or
- that the Services will be error-free.
Planned or emergency maintenance may affect availability.
22. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
- breach of these Terms;
- unpaid fees;
- suspected fraud, abuse or unlawful conduct;
- security risks;
- unauthorised access;
- third-party platform restrictions;
- legal or regulatory requirements;
- risk to another user, business, reviewer or customer;
- misuse of AI or automated replies;
- misuse of customer data or consent records; or
- discontinuation of the relevant Service.
You may stop using the Services or disconnect an integration at any time, subject to any applicable subscription, payment, notice or retention obligations.
23. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis.

Without limiting the above, we are not responsible for loss arising from:
